The High Court of Uttarakhand organized a blood donation camp

The High Court of Uttarakhand organized a blood donation camp on its premises to promote voluntary blood donation and raise awareness about its significance. The event was graced by esteemed judges, including Hon’ble Mr. Justice Guhanathan Narendar, Chief Justice of the High Court of Uttarakhand, and other distinguished judges
Shramik Mantr Dehradun   The camp, part of the High Court’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, witnessed enthusiastic participation from judges, officers, Bar members, and court staff, who donated blood to support this noble cause.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Guhanathan Narendar inaugurated the camp, commending the organizing committee’s efforts. He highlighted the critical importance of blood donation and urged everyone to contribute to this life-saving initiative.
Other dignitaries present included Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ravindra Maithani, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Alok Kumar Verma, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Thapliyal, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Pankaj Purohit, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ashish Naithani, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Alok Mahra, and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Subhash Upadhyay.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Alok Kumar Verma also donated blood and encouraged others to participate.
The camp was supervised by a team of expert doctors and paramedical staff from a reputed hospital. A total of 44 units of blood were collected, which will benefit patients in need, particularly those receiving treatment at government hospitals and medical institutions.
The High Court of Uttarakhand regularly organizes blood donation camps to promote social welfare and community service. Participants widely appreciated the event and pledged to support similar initiatives in the future.
